We may not be able to supply exactly what you are looking for. But we may have some alternatives, by browsing around our site you may get some new ideas. Its always good to come with an open mind. We appeal to owner builders and to builders who are working outside the mainstream.
We have been involved in many building projects and have helped many owner builders with suggestions and ideas. Sometimes we help directly in the projects by preparing materials to size, by making up items to requirements such as window frames, and by delivering as reqired or organising delivery onsite.
We have recently purchased a wood wizz machine that allows us to surface timber slabs up to 5 metres long and 1.5 metres wide. We can manufacture table tops, bench tops, and surface your slabs or burls at a reasonable price.

About us
The Drive In Salvage Centre is not your usual retail outlet. We are a salvage business, we try to recover and collect as much as we can.. We work with demolition companies, with builders and all trades to collect materials that may otherwise be lost to the community. We also buy from the general public. We are prepared to look at just about anything of value and try to offer fair prices to our suppliers.
We also buy at auction a range of timber, so we do have in stock some new timber, but this is changing all the time depending on what is available.
We can also mill timber on site and cut to your requirements, we can even mill your logs if you have any.
We never know what will be coming in, we have many surprises, so it is worth visiting our site and looking around.
Our products
As described before we source our stock from many places. We never really know what is coming next but some items we will always have in stock, but you should come and look before you make decisions so that you can take advantage of what we have. It is always hard to find exact sizes, but it is usually easy to fit the sizes we have in stock if you have not locked in to a particular size before.
